Off plan units required with a minimum of 6 in a block. Purchase price from £500 per sqft. to £2,000 per sqft.
We act for a select number of established and experience developers who are seeking private equity partners on a project by project basis.
The minimum amount is £5m for a project reaching to £100m. Face to face meetings will always be arranged if there is interest.
The projects in question are very interesting with some very good returns available. Our clients want to build up long terms relationships on this basis.
Apartment/House refurbishment - £1m -£3m budget – Quick decisions made.
Higher end apartment and house refurbishment/development – Purchase price budget - £4m - £10m. Central London but not prime.
New Build, refurbishment, Office to residential. 50-300 units. Purchase budget up to £100m. Nationwide, London and South East Preferred.
Opportunities without planning will also be considered.
Income producing completed residential blocks. 20 units to 150. Nationwide.
Single residential units in central London for buy to let. Can be in prime areas. Must be off market.
High end off market apartments and houses required for buy to live – Price range - £5m £35m.
